August 8, 2010: Hip, hip Hooray!....... We are delighted to announce a NEW AKC CHAMPION Ch. Ivywild's Lookin' Hi 'n Lo, "Lili". Miss Lili finished her championship today winning a 3 pt. major going Best of Breed over specials at Hunterdon Hills Kennel Club under Judge Mrs. Sue Goldberg. Thank you Judge Goldberg! CONGRATULATIONS to Kathy Leo & Martha Curtis. Kathy & Martha, many thanks for your dedication to Lili and for believing in her and showing her to this achievement! We are grateful to Gina Ryan for handling Lili. We are so proud.

July 18, 2010: Twin Brooks Kennel Club - Ivywild's Evening Family Affair, "Beezley", won Winners Dog & Best of Opposite, Ivywild's Lookin' Hi 'n Lo, "Lili", won Winners Bitch and Best of Winners, and Ch. July 5, 2010: Ivywild's Seventh Voyage, "Dylan B.", is living up to his seafaring name. Like many of our Ivywild welsh, he loves swimming in ponds, canals & the ocean....but he really likes flying!...up, up and away!

June 26, 2010: Lovely "Lili", Ivywild's Lookin' Hi 'n Lo, goes Best of Winners & Best of Breed at Mid-Hudson Kennel Association! Breeder/Co-owner-handled by myself. Thank you to Judge Ms. Elizabeth Muthard. Congratulations and thanks to Kathy & Martha for letting me show Lili and bringing her up to New Paltz, NY. June 24, 2010: We received two lovely show photos of "Addie", Ivywild's Ever True, from her big weekend going Best of Breed over specials May 28th & May 30th in Freehold, NJ. We like the Plainfield KC photo immediately below best - Addie was bracing a bit in the next Staten Island KC photo. But the Staten Island BOB is such a lovely photo of Addie with her family Katharen & Bruno Giuliari, and co-owner Marion Daniel that I had to share this one as well. Addie's a very special girl!

June 15, 2010: What a crazy few weeks it's been! May 26th, overnight, we had violent hail and windstorms that brought down a healthy maple tree over 70 feet tall in our front yard, pulling all the electrical wiring off the house with it and down onto the ground. Poor tree! Thank goodness it went that way though...

Then the memorial weekend dog shows (see details below), work and clean-up. Then we dropped the Welsh Springers off at "camp", and we were off for vacation at Cape Cod National Seashore.

May 31, 2010: Freehold, NJ, shows Memorial Day weekend. Several Ivywild owners entered their welsh and we had a fun visit! Many thanks to you all for bringing your welsh and/or showing! Thanks to Kathy & Martha for their hospitality. I am grateful to everyone for graciously tolerating my repeated requests for photos all weekend! Here are a few of the photos.

September 27, 2009: New Champion, Ivywild's Ever After! "Drew", Ivywild's Ever After, won her second major (3 pts.) and finished her AKC Championship today at Westbury Kennel Club under judge Ms. Theresa L. Hundt. Drew went Best of Winners and Best of Opposite Sex as well. It was pouring rain AGAIN! Always owner-handled by Peg Randolph-Lehnen. We are so proud. August 28-29, 2009: "Lili", Ivywild's Lookin' Hi N Lo, wins her first major going Winners Bitch and Best of Opposite Sex under judge Howard Yost at Newton KC! Congratulations to Lili on her first major! "Addie", Ivywild's Ever True won Reserve Winners Bitch both days. On Friday, "Beezley", Ivywild's Evening Family Affair, was Reserve Winners Dog under judge Cornelia Howard. Many thanks to Kathy Leo, Martha Curtis, Marion Daniel, Peg Randolph Lehnen and Karen Talerico for bringing their pups out in this awful weather! Thanks to Gina Ryan for handling Lili to this major!

March 19, 2009: Sari, Ch. Wynfield's Maiden Voyager, passed away with Wes & I by her side. She died of natural causes. Sari was a true velcro welshie, devoted and loyal. She is deeply missed. Sari was bred, loved and co-owned with us by Heidi Hopkins-Yager.

Friday & Saturday, February 13 & 14, 2009: Exciting news! At 23 mos. of age, "J-Clarke" Johnson, is now AKC CH IVYWILD'S LOOKIN' TO SKELDALE! Handled by his owner Mary Johnson, he went Winners Dog for a 3-point major Friday under judge Sheila Smith and again for a 4-point major Saturday at Greenville Kennel Club under judge Barbara Dempsey Alderman. Congratulations Mary & J-Clarke!!! Below is a photo of J-Clarke taken in October 2008.
